Services was established in 2004 under a Professional License issued by
the Department of Economic Development, Dubai.
The Company is headed by R.M. Menon who has many years of experience in
the Insurance & Claims field in various jurisdictions, particularly
in Dubai and has in depth knowledge of the local customs, practices and
applicable Laws.
We are able to offer claims handling services to Clients world wide. We
handle claims arising under Sea Transport, Air Freight, Road Transport
and all types of Commercial Contracts. We assist Clients in defending
claims against them or to pursue recoveries against responsible third
parties. Our Clients are Ship owners, Charterers, P&I Clubs,
Insurance Companies, Shippers, Consignees and practically anyone who
has a claim. We are equally proficient in Marine and Non Marine claims.
We have a panel of Surveyors and Lawyers whom we can instruct on behalf
of the Clients.
Our strength lies in our knowledge of the local Laws and Practices as
well as International Conventions related to Shipping, Airfreight and
Road transport.
We handle claims arising from various jurisdictions and also recover
claims from different parts of the world either directly or through our
Associates. Our intervention helps to minimize Clients' claims exposure
and to maximize their revenue. Our philosophy is to try and conclude
claims successfully without incurring legal expenses.
We are the Regional Correspondents of Antwerp Marine Insurance Claims Associates (AMICA), Belgium.
We are the Dubai Correspondents of MS Amlin, Rotterdam (ex Raets Marine).
