instance and thereafter recover from responsible third parties under
their rights of subrogation.
SHIPPERS / CONSIGNEES
- who have to recover claims under their cargo Policies or from the
contractual Carriers if the cargo is not insured or if the claim is
outside the scope of the Policy.

arising from breach of commercial contracts.
